Yikes — your bank statement, roasted into a shareable episode
Your money has a story. You're not going to like it. Upload a bank statement (a PDF — no bank-account linking) and Yikes reads it, judges it, and turns your spending into a binge-worthy, shareable "episode" — a Spotify-Wrapped-style roast of your month, with the receipts to prove it.
How it works
- Upload a PDF statement — bank, credit-card, or payment-app. One month, under 15 pages and 5MB. No account linking, nothing to connect.
- Yikes reads the real numbers — it reconciles every transaction against the statement's own totals, and refuses the job rather than guessing if it can't read yours accurately.
- You get an episode — a spending archetype, ~14 behavioural insights (the streaks, rituals and quiet leaks your bank app hides), and a 9:16 share card built for Stories. In about 30 seconds.
Your first episode is free to read. A monthly subscription unlocks every episode in full plus mid-season and finale specials; the price is shown in your local currency before you pay, and you can cancel anytime.
Yikes is entertainment, not financial advice. Your statement is processed securely in the EU and your uploaded file isn't kept after processing.
Questions & Answers
What is Yikes?
Yikes turns your statement into a personalised episode that roasts your spending — your spending archetype, your worst habits, and a few uncomfortable truths, wrapped in a shareable card. Entertainment first, mirror second.
Which banks do you support?
Most major banks, credit-card, and payment-app providers work out of the box. We read the statement directly rather than connecting to your accounts, so there's nothing to link.
How accurate is it?
Yikes reconciles the transactions against the statement's own totals, and if it can't read your statement accurately, it refuses the job rather than making things up. The roast itself is AI-written comedy — cheeky and occasionally wrong, that's the point.
Is my financial data safe?
Your statement is processed securely in the EU purely to generate your roast. We don't sell your data, and your uploaded file isn't kept around after processing unless you explicitly donate one to help us support more statement formats (auto-deleted within 90 days).
What does it cost?
Your first episode is free. To unlock everything and keep new episodes coming, Yikes runs on a monthly subscription — shown in your local currency before you pay, cancel anytime.
